Parent - Teacher interviews and school closure

On Wednesday, 1 April, the school will be closed for the entire day to allow parent–teacher interviews to take place from 8:00 am - 5:00pm.

Parents should make arrangements with OSH Club or other care arrangements for students on the day.

The purpose of this closure is to enable parents to meet with teachers.

Interviews will be held in classrooms.  Each interview time slot is 14 minutes.  

Please allow time between appointments to walk between the classrooms.

When it is your appointment time, please make your way to your child's class and wait outside. The teacher will call you in.

Specialist teachers, the deputy principals and the principal, and all classroom teachers can be booked for interviews.

HOW TO USE THE BOOKING SYSTEM

• Enter your details
• Select the teachers you wish to see 
• Select the room with the teacher
• Select the appointment times that suit your family best. Please allow time between appointments to walk from one classroom to the other.

When you click FINISH your selected bookings will be emailed to you immediately. If you do not receive your email, please check your junk-mail, or enter the event code again and check your email address spelling. Update your details if email address is incorrect.

DO NOT DELETE the email you receive.  You may need to refer back to it at a later date.

Please add your appointments to your calendar - reminders will not be sent home.

If you need to view, cancel, change or print your bookings:

• Click on the link in the confirmation email you received after you made your bookings
• OR return to schoolinterviews.com.au and enter the code and the email address you used when making your bookings.
