Trent Tascon-Guillaume, from the City of Armadale Library will be visiting the students in Kindy A and Pre-Primary to tell them about some of the fun things the library has available for students.
Better Beginnings is a Western Australian family literacy program that connects families with books through free reading packs. The goal is to inspire a love of literacy and learning for all children by encouraging families to read, talk, sing, write and play with their child every day.

In French, students in Years 5 to 6 have learnt how to complete a shopping transaction at the bakery. To further their knowledge, the Miam Miam crêpe van will be visiting our school today.
Year 5 to 6 students will have the opportunity to use the language learned in class to carry out their purchase (in French). Crêpe choices are sugar, lemon sugar, cinnamon sugar, caramel, or strawberry jam. Additional options are fresh strawberries, banana and whipped cream.
Cost will be advised later.
