All students should be recording home reading in their Reading Logs at least four times each week.
Before bringing their Reading Logs to school to be checked by their teacher each Monday, it is their responsibility to update the total number of days they have recorded this year.

Home reading milestones are recognised at either a classroom or school level throughout the year.

• 10 days – 1 Gold tokens from the class teacher
• 50 days – 5 Gold tokens from the class teacher
• 100 days – a Certificate of Achievement from the principal (and 10 Gold tokens)
• 150 days – a Certificate of Excellence from the principal (and 15 Gold tokens)
• 200 days – a Remarkable Reader Certificate and pin from the principal

Reading Award Ceremonies will be held in the library. Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend.

• Year 2 and Year 3 - Tuesday 22 September at 8:30am
• Kindy, Pre-Primary and Year 1 - Wednesday 23 September at 8:30am
• Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 - Wednesday 23 September at 1:45pm

Senior Choir (Year 4 - Year 6) is at the Music Room from 7.45am - 8.45am 

Today, our choirs and IMSS music students will be performing for family and friends at an afternoon music concert in the Undercover Area.

 The concert will be held between 1:45pm and 2:30pm in our undercover area.
